Returns, Refund and Exchanges

If, in the unfortunate event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us to discuss how we can help make it right.  We will work with every reasonable request to ensure you have the right stuff and it meets your expectations.

If for any reason you need to return or exchange a product, please Contact Us and request an RMA( Return Merchandise Authorization)first. All goods are sold with a 15 day (dated by receipt ) "no questions asked" return policy. No returns will be accepted without a return number. Goods must be returned in the same condition as received. We offer a full refund less shipping. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on all items.
To request an RMA, please send us an email include your name, Order Number and as much detail about the product in question and the reason for returning.  We will then supply you with an RMA Number.

Customer is responsible for return shipping  fees on all cases of exchanges and refunds. If the incorrect product is mistakenly shipped, Opticspice will arrange payment or refund with shipping fees included.

If you are not happy with the product you received or will not work on your specific hardware, contact us for an exchange or refund.
Exchanges and Refunds must be made within 15 days of purchase and need to be in Unused condition with all original packaging and paper work.
Products returned with damaged packaging, or showing obvious signs of wear, use or damage, may be subject to a restocking fee of 40%.

If your merchandise arrives damaged, you should note that on the delivery invoice and photograph as soon as possible.  This will assist the RMA process and ensure the most efficient resolution of your issue.


For all Chemicals, CD/DVD, books/Manuals, and perishable goods, we can only accept return with original seals and packing. 20% of restocking fee may apply.
