Special warranty policy for Vector Optics products that sold/distribute from us:

Rifle scopes: Limited Lifetime Warranty (repair or replacement)

Red Dot/Laser: Limited 10 years (repair or replacement)

Parts and Accessories (cleaning kit and other small parts specified): Limited 1-year replacement

Mount and rings: Limited 10 years replacement

Standards above are only valid on the Vector Optics products that sold from us (Opticspice and PSE inc), under normal use and care, not subject to obvious abuse, miss use or operate beyond normal operating criterion or  repairs attempted by someone other than OpticSpice team members.

Limited Lifetime Warranty only applies to the lifetime of original purchaser with proof of Serial number or receipt.  

For Arken products: Limited Lifetime Warranty to original purchaser with proof of Serial number or receipt.

For OpticSpice branded items:

Rifle Scopes: Limited Lifetime repair or replacement Spotting Scope: Limited Lifetime repair or replacement.

Scope Mount/Rings: Limited Lifetime repair or replacement.

Tools & accessories: Limited Lifetime repair or replacement.

If, in any unforeseen circumstances, the required replacement product may have been discontinued, at such case, we shall replace it with same or higher level product or arrange with customer in case by case bases. 

Small parts and accessories usually carry one year warranty.

Sealed chemicals, supplies and perishable goods are selling "as is". No return will be accepted if package have been opened and seal have broken.

The "life-time replacement warranty" only issue to the original buyer, with proof of receipt, and cover original buyer's "life time".

Used items, surplus or collector items: As is or as indicated.

All warranty claims will require customer to contact us first for "WRN" (Warranty requirement number). Please have your sale receipt and the SERIAL NUMBER of the defective item(s) handy.

Any items with no serial number available will require original sales receipt for warranty claim. 

OpticSpice only covers return shipping (to end-using customer) within Canada, with shipping insurance covers the value up to 100 Candian Dollars.

Opticspice do accept oversea order to the countries which does not have sanctions imposed by Canadian Government.

Opticspice will not be responsible for all the fees and process(permits, documents, brokerage,ext) of export. 

OpticSpice reserve the right to charge up to 30% restocking fee.

Opticspice reserve the right of final explanations.
